Short-Circuit Rotor Brazing System

With our specially developed inductive short-circuit rotor brazing system, it is possible to produce a brazed connection between short-circuit ring and short-circuit rod more efficiently than with conventional flame brazing. By pressing the short-circuit ring onto the short-circuit rods and controlling the temperature, an optimal brazed connection (diffusion zone) is achieved. Silver or phosphorus solder can be used for this purpose.

Depending on the diameter and cross-section of your short-circuit rings either ring or segment inductors are used for the brazing process.
